Ferguson is hiring Sales Support Representatives to help customers, solve problems, and learn the business from the ground up. Based in Omaha, NE or Grimes, IA, roles are Monday–Friday 8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m. with starting pay $19/hour and higher for experience.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in plumbing, HVAC, or other trades is a plus.
• Strong sales skills including upselling ability.
• Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and ability to make timely decisions.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & follow through on commitments.

Responsibilities

• Work with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining best products and solutions.
• Provide timely quotations and accurate sales orders to ensure personalized service.
• Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
• Answer sales calls for information and resolve customer questions.
