Job summary

Teradyne in San Jose, CA, is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to provide full-time onsite support for the Semiconductor Test business. You will manage configuration build-outs, order bookings, shipment tracking, and reporting, working with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product Marketing to enable smooth order lifecycle management.

The role requires 3+ years of experience, CRM/ERP proficiency, and strong data accuracy. Local candidates only; visa sponsorship is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business/Operations or related field.
• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Support order processing, configuration management, and sales execution.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with CRM and ERP; Salesforce preferred.
• Proficient in Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments preferred.
• Proactive, organized with strong collaboration and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead configuration build-outs to support customer quotes and booked orders.
• Develop accurate and timely order bookings within CRM and ERP systems.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and Product Marketing to ensure smooth opportunity-to-order execution.
• Build and maintain shipment tracking and order status visibility for internal stakeholders.
• Support ad-hoc and recurring reporting related to bookings, backlog, and shipments.
• Partner with Business Unit Managers and Sales Enablement leadership to validate data accuracy.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance across sales and order management systems.
