Job summary

Stryker on-site Sales Support Analyst Intern role requiring a bachelor’s or master’s student. You’ll work on meaningful projects to improve how our team operates, communicates, and supports the business, including AI opportunities, training materials, and process documentation.

You will develop dashboards, collaborate with Sales Support and leadership, and gain hands-on experience in process improvement, analytics, and project management.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a related field and must remain enrolled after the internship.
• GPA 3.0 or above preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Explore AI and automation opportunities to streamline team processes.
• Create training materials and team resources (guides, references, job aids).
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying workflow challenges.
• Assist with data analysis projects and track key metrics.
• Partner with Sales Support, Sales Leadership, and cross-functional teams to document needs.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for monitoring performance.
• Test and evaluate new tools and system enhancements.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
