Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a degree program (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 (preferred).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong written and verbal communication and collaboration skills.
• Demonstrated leadership, problem-solving, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Explore AI and automation opportunities to streamline team processes.
• Create training materials and resources for the team.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying workflow challenges.
• Assist with data analysis projects and track key metrics.
• Partner with Sales Support and cross-functional teams to document processes.
• Maintain and improve team knowledge management tools.
• Participate in project planning and execution.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations for performance monitoring.
• Test and evaluate new tools and system enhancements.
• Present findings and recommendations to the team and stakeholders.
