Job summary

Stryker is offering a Sales Support Analyst Intern role in the United States. You will develop dashboards and reports, test new tools, and present findings to stakeholders while gaining hands-on experience in process improvement and healthcare technology.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field; must remain enrolled in a degree-seeking program after the internship.
• Cumulative GPA not required here but preferred (3.0+ on a 4.0 scale).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to collaborate and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Explore AI and automation opportunities to streamline team processes and improve efficiency.
• Create training materials, guides, reference documents, job aids, knowledge articles, and process documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying workflow challenges and helping design solutions.
• Assist with data analysis projects, gathering insights from business data to support decision-making and identify trends.
• Partner with Sales Support and cross-functional teams to document business needs and requirements.
• Help maintain and improve team knowledge management tools and documentation.
• Participate in project planning and execution and contribute ideas from concept through implementation.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations to monitor performance and drive data-driven decisions.
• Test and evaluate new tools and system enhancements supporting operational excellence.
• Present findings and recommendations to team members and stakeholders.
