Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to ensure seamless operations across purchasing, inventory management, and procurement. You will track purchase orders and maintain inventory balances across multiple warehouses, supporting procurement to meet business demands.

In this collaborative role, you will partner with replenishment buyers, category managers, distribution center teams, and sales stakeholders to drive alignment and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience in customer service, sales support, or logistics coordination is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Data Entry and Order Management: work with inventory teams to communicate stock levels, backorders, and product availability; submit customer purchase orders for shipment preparation.
• Customer Satisfaction: monitor and address issues, submit forms to accounting, gather feedback, and implement processes to improve service.
• Call Management: handle inbound calls, assist with inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution; conduct outbound follow-ups.
• Sales Support: prepare and send customer quotes, research and manage purchase orders with buyers and inventory teams, and provide product usage reports.
• Operational Coordination: liaison between customer and warehouse; track shipments, update customers, and coordinate with trucking partners for timely deliveries.
