Aramark in Groveport, OH is hiring a Sales Support Coordinator to ensure smooth operations across purchasing, inventory, and procurement. You will track purchase orders, maintain inventory balances across multiple warehouses, and support procurement activities to meet demand.

The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving to maintain high service levels and cross-functional collaboration with replenishment buyers, category managers, DC teams, and sales

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience in customer service, sales support, or logistics coordination is advantageous.
Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

Data Entry and Order Management: coordinate with inventory teams and submit customer purchase orders for timely shipment.
Customer Satisfaction: monitor inquiries and discrepancies and improve service levels.
Call Management: handle inquiries, assist with orders, and resolve issues; proactive follow-up.
Prepare and send quotes; collaborate with buyers and inventory teams on purchase orders.
Research and submit product usage reports; maintain accuracy and timeliness.
Operational Coordination: liaise between customer and warehouse; track shipments and deliveries.
