Who We're Looking For

General Summary:
Member of the Global Sales Support team performing financial analysis and sales operations activities related to the domestic and international regional sales teams. Uses skills as a seasoned, experienced professional with a full understanding of company policies and procedures, resolves a wide range of issues in imaginative as well as practical ways. Works on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Exercises and demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation of criteria for obtaining results. Interacts with senior internal personnel, and activities often pertain to company plans and objectives.

Some of What You'll Do

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform sales operations analysis activities associated with Sales pipeline, revenue forecasting, revenue reporting, sales productivity, and goal attainment.
  • Monthly/quarterly/annual executive reports.
  • Presentation preparation related to analysis activities.
  • Regular interaction with Finance team for synchronization of finance and sales data.
  • Assist with sales operations activities associated with Salesforce.com Sales CRM/CLM system.
  • Respond to and support regional Sales VPs and their teams on report generation for revenue information.
  • Ad hoc projects representing Sales for process improvement/automation.
  • Database maintenance.

Job Requirements:

  • BS or BA degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years related experience in financial analysis/preparation.
  • Proven excellent Excel, Access, PowerPoint skills required to build comprehensive, professional documents.
  • Demonstrated analytical, project management, organization, and planning skills, including the ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • General knowledge of standard sales process and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently under deadline pressure which will involve overtime and changing priorities.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret a situation towards solution recommendation.
  • Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills to meet team objectives.
  • Ability to communicate with international/intercultural audience in mind.
