About The Role
The Manager, Remote Regional Field Sales - Franchise will play a key role in driving topline results for assigned hotels by developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives. This role requires a mix of sales strategy, relationship management, and account coordination to help franchise hotels adopt and leverage Wyndham’s sales programs and platforms effectively. The Manager will work closely with hotel associates and franchisees to create tailored plans and will maintain regular check-ins to assess progress and adapt strategies. This position involves 10% travel to franchise locations.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the adoption and utilization of Wyndham’s sales programs and platforms.
  2. Develop individualized roadmaps for each assigned hotel, guiding franchisees and hotel associates on how to use available resources to drive revenue.
  3. Maintain bi-weekly touchpoints with franchisees and hotel leadership to evaluate progress and adjust strategies as needed.
  4. Lead the adoption and support of revenue-generating platforms, ensuring that hotels are achieving their sales targets.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership to ensure successful implementation of sales strategies.
  6. Develop strong, lasting relationships with franchisees and hotel teams to maximize results.

Required Qualifications/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 2-5 years of sales experience in a mid-scale hotel setting.
  • Experience working with franchise mid-scale hotels or in a Management Company with mid-scale brands.
  • Strong skills in project management, organizational skills, and time management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Sales and Revenue Management Tools.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage tasks independently.

Work Environment

  • Remote position with occasional travel (10%) to franchise locations.
