You will hire, train, coach, and manage staff to meet departmental and company objectives while collaborating with Sales Leadership and LAEs on staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience required.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced computer skills including proficient knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Willing and able to travel up to 20% for office visits and leadership meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team members to improve performance and meet department and company objectives.
• Coordinate with Sales Leadership and LAEs to determine staffing needs for sales support.
• Maintain customer relationships with sales leadership and facilitate staffing discussions.
• Drive company focus items and operational improvements.
• Oversee interview, candidate evaluation, and hiring processes.
• Coach staff on leveraging technology and automation to maximize efficiency.
• Monitor team performance and identify issues, implementing solutions.
• Contribute to reporting and productivity evaluations.
