What you'll do:

• In-Depth Training
  • Partner with a TQL broker to manage their account, secure carriers for freight and handle all necessary documentation
  • Participate in hands‑on and virtual training sessions
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve freight issues
  • Develop negotiation skills through prospecting, planning and cold calling exercises and real‑life experiences
• Build your Book
  • Use your training to meet sales readiness metrics and become eligible for commission
  • Establish relationships to close new and existing customers
  • Negotiate prices with customers and carriers
  • Manage your account and resolve issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
  • Provide proactive and honest communication, internally and externally
