Power Plus is seeking a customer-focused professional to serve as the first point of contact for inbound inquiries via phone, email, and web submissions. The role involves using social media and AI tools to identify and connect with prospective customers, while coordinating with multiple divisions to direct inquiries appropriately.

You will research target accounts, establish rapport with potential clients, and support a fast-paced sales team.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service or call center environments.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Able to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
Proficient with MS Office and basic CRM use.
Familiarity with social media and AI tools for outreach.

Responsibilities

Research target customers using Construct Connect, Zoom Info and AI tools.
Identify potential contacts via LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Zoom Info; set appointments.
Use multiple platforms for mass mailing and marketing outreach.
Track and organize leads from websites and social media sources.
Serve as first point of contact for inquiries and route to appropriate teams.
