Qualifications

• Experience coordinating sales support activities and coordinating team workflows.
• Aptitude for mentoring junior staff and guiding performance.
• Ability to review broker commission processes and optimize efficiency.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Familiarity with marketing campaigns and property materials is a plus.
• Proactive problem solver who aligns with CBRE RISE values.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, schedule, and oversee the activities of the team members.
• Review voucher forms and process Brokers' commission payments.
• Maximize the sales team's productivity through review and implementation of effective processes.
• Oversee tracking of office transactions including listings, sales/leases, expenses, and client reimbursements.
• Interact with clients on property tours and resolve issues and inquiries.
• Consult with sales professionals and provide recommendations on marketing practices.
• Coordinate production and execution of property marketing campaigns and materials.
• Serve as a point of contact for information requests.
• Provide input for staff performance reviews and mentor junior sales team members.
• Resolve complex problems and identify approaches to meet team objectives.
• May establish new techniques to ensure objectives are met.
• Lead by example and model CBRE RISE values.
