• Assist with creating property marketing campaigns, including brochures and proposals.
• Assist with marketing plan actions and support Sales team in business strategies.
• Conduct client property tours, resolve issues, and respond to pricing inquiries.
• Source properties and clients by researching databases.
• Track and report replies and communications from sourcing activities.
• Maintain marketing database, intranet and external website updates.
• Analyze data to identify problems and suggest new techniques.
• Impact the team and related departments through your work.
