Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Sales Support team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Act as primary link between Sales Support and internal departments (Sales, Quality, Logistics, Accounting).
• Resolve time‑sensitive order issues and customer concerns with urgency and professionalism.
• Collaborate to ensure orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
• Support commercial growth by monitoring contracts, margins, and vendor status.
