Job summary

Elevation Labs seeks an Associate Customer Experience Manager to partner with our Customer Experience team across contract manufacturing accounts. You will own day-to-day order management, customer communications, and project coordination while building forecasting, margins awareness, and relationships to support growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Experience in customer service or account coordination.
• Familiarity with forecasting and margin awareness a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day orders and reorders, with open-order reporting and inquiries.
• Coordinate cross-functionally to support fulfillment and packaging updates.
• Communicate customer forecasts and track impact on revenue and supply planning.
• Prepare materials for meetings and document customer requests and action items.
• Maintain CRM records and track opportunities and follow-ups.
• Develop knowledge of assigned customer brands and Elevation Labs' products.
• Travel to company facilities or customer locations as needed.
