Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to organize tasks with attention to detail and precision.
• Experience with ERP/CRM software preferred (SAP, Salesforce, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Support and facilitate administrative and operational needs of the sales department.
• Process orders, generate quotes, set up accounts, and manage full order lifecycle.
• Coordinate with logistics and vendors to ensure on-time delivery and accurate timelines.
• Resolve order discrepancies with a focus on first-contact resolution.
• Collaborate with Sales Support Manager and cross-train for continuity.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and workflows.
