Responsibilities

• Stock orders/inventory management with inside team and warehouse manager.
• Coordinate between shipping and accounting on receipt errors/pricing.
• Receive vendor order acknowledgement and update purchase orders/pricing.
• Generate weekly open order reports for sales staff.
• Document control: scanning, filing, organizing.
• Receptionist duties when necessary.
