Job summary

Carotek, a SunSource company, seeks an Administrative Support/Inside Sales role to assist Mechanical Products Division staff in processing product orders to meet customer specifications. You will handle order entry, document control, and vendor communications while supporting the inside and outside sales teams.

The position requires an Associate's degree or equivalent experience, strong organization, and proficiency with P21 ERP and PO workflows.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 3-5 years related experience in industrial distribution.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with attention to details.
• Experience with purchase orders and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock orders and inventory management in coordination with inside and warehouse teams.
• Generate and manage purchase orders through various portals.
• Coordinate between shipping and accounting on receipt errors and pricing.
• Maintain reports and document control including scanning and filing.
• Provide administrative support to Sales staff and customers as needed.
