Job summary

Shurtape Technologies, LLC is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to own end-to-end sample fulfillment, develop data-informed leads, and support pricing initiatives across sales, marketing and operations. You will translate customer data into actionable insights that improve targeting and profitability.

The role requires CRM proficiency and collaboration with production teams to ensure timely sample processing and accurate data-driven campaigns across the region.

Qualifications

• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sample request lifecycle; intake, fulfillment, tracking, and follow-up.
• Analyze inbound leads and CRM data to identify trends and gaps in market coverage.
• Prepare regular lead quality and pipeline reports for sales and marketing teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing on e-marketing campaign follow-up and lead nurturing workflows.
• Partner with sales leadership on pricing changes and margin improvements.
