Job summary

Shurtape Technologies is seeking a Market Intelligence Manager to integrate market analytics, competitive intelligence, and early-stage opportunity assessment. You will shape long-term strategy and guide investment decisions by serving as a central hub for market attractiveness evaluations and white-space identification.

You will collaborate with marketing, portfolio teams, R&D, manufacturing, and executives to evaluate growth opportunities and advise on feasibility and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 6–8+ years of market intelligence, strategy, corporate strategy, or product strategy experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in market sizing (TAM/SAM/SOM), financial modeling, strategic analysis, industry research methods.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; BI and data visualization knowledge.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Identify market entry points and white spaces for Shurtape’s growth in 1–5 year horizon.
• Build and maintain TAM/SAM/SOM models with clear assumptions and sources.
• Monitor competitors’ strategies and industry signals to inform positioning.
• Develop business cases and provide stage-gate recommendations to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with marketing, R&D, manufacturing, and execs.
