Shurtape Technologies, LLC in New Jersey is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to own the end-to-end sample fulfillment process and drive data-informed lead development. You will partner with leadership on margin initiatives and coordinate across sales, marketing, and operations to enhance targeting and profitability.

The role bridges sales, marketing, and operations, requiring strong data skills, CRM experience, and cross-functional communication in a fast-paced environment.

Qualificações

• Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems and MS Office, especially Advanced Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organization skills.
• Ability to coordinate across departments and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own the full sample request lifecycle for Pro Tapes products, from intake to follow-up.
• Analyze CRM data to identify trends and report on pipeline and ROI.
• Support pricing changes and ensure consistent documentation across systems.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and assist in quoting and case management workflows.
• Liaise between sales, production, and marketing to meet customer needs.
