TriMark USA in Irvine, CA, is hiring a Customer & Sales Support Specialist. You will support the outside sales team with clerical tasks, data entry, quotes, orders, and vendor coordination, while delivering excellent customer service.

This role emphasizes accuracy in project and financial reporting, invoicing support, pricing adjustments, and collaboration with BDMs to develop proposals. In-office/hybrid environment with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in hospitality or food service is a plus.
• Ability to pass a background check after offer.
• Experience in a distribution environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks.
• Create quotes and orders; coordinate with vendors.
• Provide top-notch customer service and account support.
• Assist in invoicing, credits, returns, and price adjustments.
• Support the sales process and prepare proposals.
• Coordinate logistics for onsite and offsite sales visits.
• Train new Sales Coordinators and Business Development Managers.
• Maintain accurate project and financial reporting.
