Job summary

TriMark USA is seeking a Customer & Sales Support Specialist in Irvine, CA. The role supports the outside sales team with quotes, orders, data entry, and customer service to help drive revenue growth. It is an in-office/hybrid position with collaboration across vendors and internal departments.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in customer service, familiarity with basic accounting, and experience with ERP systems. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Solid accounting principle knowledge and basic bookkeeping skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Experience in a distribution or hospitality/foodservice environment is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work with vendors and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry, basic bookkeeping, and generate quotes and orders.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to support sales growth.
• Prepare proposals and assist in pricing and market analysis.
• Update forecasting and monthly reporting based on opportunities.
• Handle routine billing/invoice and inventory issues under sales team guidance.
