Job summary

Rogers Group, including Rogers Athletics, is hiring for a Regular Full-Time order entry and customer service role in Clare, MI. You will support sales and customer care by entering orders, tracking status, and communicating with customers to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Entry of customer orders and ensure accuracy and status communication.
• Send information to customers to support Sales and Customer Care.
• Operate in multiple software systems to document orders and customer info.
• Call customers to confirm information received.
• Answer phones to back up Sales and Customer Service activities.
• Provide general clerical support as required.
• Acknowledge shipment of orders and complete related processes.
• Participate in special projects as assigned by the Department Manager.
• Collaborate with multiple departments in the company.
• Additional duties may be assigned as needed.
