The Rogers Group is seeking a Customer Service Intern for an on-site role in Clare, Michigan. This internship supports Sales and Customer Care through order entry, documentation, and customer communications, with opportunities to engage across departments.

Qualified students are pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or business and possess strong written and verbal English skills, with basic math, and familiarity with Outlook, CRM, and Excel.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.
• Experience building a strong work ethic through coursework, professional networks, or internships.
• Language: strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Primarily focus on order entry with accuracy and communicate order status to customers.
• Send out information to customers to support Sales and Customer Care requests.
• Document order and customer information across multiple systems.
• Call customers to confirm receipt of requested information.
• Answer phones to back up Sales and Customer Service activities.
• Provide general clerical support for daily business operations.
• Complete acknowledgement process to confirm order shipment for customers.
• Complete special projects as assigned by Department Managers.
• Collaborate with team and multiple departments within the company.
