Car City | Orbit Leasing | Reliable Auto Finance is seeking an Administrative Sales Support professional in Portage, MI. You will greet customers, back up the Sales Manager, and maintain lot appearance while handling paperwork and contracts.

The role requires 2+ years in Sales/Customer Service, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills. Full-time hours include some late nights and Saturdays in a fast-paced, customer-focused dealership.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years' experience in Sales and/or Customer Service.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Full-time availability during store hours with some later nights and Saturdays.
• Ability to lift 25-30 lbs.
• Excellent interpersonal communication including verbal, written, and phone skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to prepare customer paperwork using basic math and administrative skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist Sales staff with greeting customers and providing customer service.
• Assist the Sales Manager by providing sales and delivery backup.
• Assist with the maintenance and appearance of the lot and inventory.
• Be the first point of contact for customer disputes and concerns.
• Prepare sales contracts for orders obtained and submit orders for processing; including title transfers and procurement.
• Maintain customer records, using manual and automated systems.
• Comply with state and federal laws for vehicle sales and financing.
