Job summary

firstPRO, Inc is seeking an entry-level Sales Support professional in Wilmington, DE for onsite, full-time work from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. The role focuses on material lists, pricing quotes, and contract alignment, with opportunity to grow into Sales Operations or Customer Service.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers. Experience with Salesforce and JD Edwards is a plus, and construction materials knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare material lists and standard pricing quotes using JD Edwards, ensuring accurate product descriptions, quantities, and pricing.
• Review order pricing against established guidelines, quotes, and contracts prior to release; communicate and resolve discrepancies with Sales and other departments.
• Support invoice and billing corrections, coordinating with Sales, Customer Service, and Finance to resolve issues.
• Manage customer emails, cases, and inquiries through Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Use Excel to organize, analyze, and report sales-support data, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives across Sales Support procedures and systems.
• Salesforce or other CRM experience required; JD Edwards experience a big plus.
• Background in construction, building materials, or distribution industries preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with numbers and systems.
• Self-driven with strong initiative and follow-through.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Pricing, and Finance.

Schedule:
