Job summary

LHH is partnering with a client in Greensboro seeking a Sales Support Coordinator to join their team due to growth. This onsite role runs M-F 8-5 with a full benefits package and a salary range of $55-65k.

Prior sales support and Salesforce experience required to be eligible for this role. Responsibilities include supporting the Director of Sales, handling work orders in Salesforce, and coordinating with internal teams to provide order updates and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Prior sales support experience and Salesforce proficiency required.
• QuickBooks and/or ERP experience a plus.
• Self-starter, quick learner, adaptable and proactive.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for Director of Sales.
• Receive new work orders via email and provide pricing information.
• Create work orders and enter specifications in Salesforce.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics to update customers on orders.
• Assist Director of Sales with event coordination for staff and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for Director of Sales
• Receive new work orders via email and provide information on various products, pricing, etc.
• Create work orders and enter specifications in Salesforce
• Utilize ERP to track orders and communicate with internal departments (Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Logistics) to provide customer with order updates, delays in transit, extended lead times, etc.
• Assist Director of Sales with event coordination for incoming Sales staff and/or clients

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a sales support role and experience using Salesforce required for this role
• Quickbooks and/or additional ERP experience a plus
• Must be a self-starter, quick learner, go-getter, and adaptable
