Job summary

Big Bolt LLC in Bloomingdale, IL is seeking a proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our manufacturing team. You will support quoting, order entry, customer communication, purchasing coordination, and sales operations to move orders from quote through completion.

You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager, maintain NetSuite records, and help ensure accurate, timely responses to customers while collaborating with Purchasing, Quality, Shipping, and other internal teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales support, customer service, order management, or a related environment.
• Previous experience working in an ERP system.
• NetSuite experience is a plus.
• Manufacturing or fastener-industry experience is helpful

Responsibilities

• Creating and entering customer quotes and sales orders
• Updating and maintaining quote and order information in NetSuite
• Communicating with customers regarding pricing, order status, and follow-up
• Managing customer portals and supporting required documentation
• Working with Purchasing to obtain vendor pricing and purchase order information

Big Bolt LLC is looking for a motivated Sales Support Coordinator to join our Bloomingdale team.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, staying organized, coordinating across departments, and keeping orders moving from quote through completion. You’ll work closely with the Sales Manager while supporting quoting, order entry, customer communication, purchasing coordination, and general sales operations.

Big Bolt has been manufacturing specialty and custom fasteners since 1977 and serves customers across a wide range of industries. Sales Assistant as of 9.29.26

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you’ll help keep the sales process organized, accurate, and responsive.

Your day-to-day responsibilities may include:
