Job summary

Clear Channel Outdoor in Miami, FL is seeking a Sales Assistant to support the sales team by coordinating CRM activities, account setup, and campaign activation. You will partner with branch, sales, and marketing leadership and Account Executives to streamline processes.

This role requires at least two years assisting a sales function, a Bachelor’s degree, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and Salesforce.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience.
Minimum two years supporting a sales function or related work experience.
2-3 years of experience supporting sales preferred.

Responsibilities

Support Account Executives with CRM and Salesforce administration.
Assist in proposal creation, RFP generation, and output using Proposal+.
Prepare research and reporting for prospecting and cold calling.
Prepare campaign documents including contracts and posting instructions.
Review and resolve billing issues with the finance team.
Generate and distribute sales, renewal, and ad hoc reports.
Assist with internal requests, expense reports, and admin tasks.
Field inbound sales calls and provide call-back information.
Coordinate with Real Estate, Marketing, HR, Technology, Operations, Ad Operations, and Finance.
Support leadership with contests, communications, and presentation materials.
Manage general office administration.
Other duties as assigned.
