Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation and sending of customer quotations and commercial offers.
• Communicate with existing and prospective customers by email and phone.
• Follow up on quotations, pricing requests, open opportunities, and customer inquiries.
• Maintain organized records of customer communications, quotations, pricing, and pending commercial matters.
• Prepare Sales Orders once product, quantity, pricing, payment terms, Incoterms, and other commercial conditions are confirmed.
• Ensure Sales Orders contain complete and accurate information before they are released to the Operations team.
• Coordinate internally with Operations and management to ensure a clear handoff of confirmed orders.
• Assist customers with order-related questions and status requests.
• Maintain customer, pricing, and sales information in internal systems and files.
• Support other day-to-day sales and commercial activities as needed.

Sales Support Associate

Location: Doral, Florida — On-site

Schedule: Full-time, Monday through Friday

Compensation: $20–$22 per hour

Position Summary

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and detail-oriented Sales Support Associate to support our commercial activities and help ensure a smooth and responsive sales process.

This position will work closely with company leadership, assisting with quotations, customer communication, follow-ups, Sales Orders, and the organization of commercial information.

The ideal candidate is professional, reliable, comfortable communicating with customers, and able to manage multiple follow-ups while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
