LabCorp is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Customer Service & Sales and motivated to work with a customer centric team in an innovative company.

Job Responsibilities

  • Client onboarding: ensure that every new client is setup and educated correctly in regards to Billing logistics, EMR, supplies, required forms & templates
  • Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions
  • Act as a liaison between the client and the LabCorp operations team in relation to client needs
  • Provide additional customer education and information as needed
  • Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base
  • Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service
  • Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasive
  • Provide account management for client’s day to day operations
  • Continuously provide educational material to the client base
  • Resolve any customer related issues in a timely manner
  • Cultivate customer value by selling LabCorp's entire value proposition i.e. tests, services, data/analytics, science and medicine

Job Requirements

  • Associate's degree or higher degree is preferred
  • Previous LabCorp experience is preferred
  • Prior healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or a hospital highly is a plus
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
  • Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation
  • Excellent multitasking abilities required
  • Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Work Location: Remote

Pay Range: $53,269 - $95,004

State minimum wages apply if higher

Benefits: Not benefit eligible
