LabCorp is seeking a Sales Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Customer Service & Sales and motivated to work with a customer centric team in an innovative company.
Job Responsibilities:
Client onboarding: ensure that every new client is setup and educated correctly in regards to Billing logistics, EMR, supplies, required forms & templates
Work in multiple databases to research complex issues and questions
Act as a liaison between the client and the LabCorp operations team in relation to client needs
Provide additional customer education and information as needed
Provide ongoing service and problem resolution to customer base
Ensure customer retention by providing superior customer service
Recommend solutions that are client focused and persuasive
Provide account management for client’s day to day operations
Continuously provide educational material to the client base
Resolve any customer related issues in a timely manner
Cultivate customer value by selling LabCorp's entire value proposition i.e. tests, services, data/analytics, science and medicine
Job Requirements:
Associate's degree or higher degree is preferred
Previous LabCorp experience is preferred
Prior healthcare industry, such as a physician's office or a hospital highly is a plus
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Laboratory Information Systems is preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent ability to listen and respond
Must be courteous with strong customer service orientation
Excellent multitasking abilities required
Strong flexibility and the ability to manage and adapt to changing priorities quickly
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
Work Location: Remote

Pay Range: $53,269 - $95,004
State minimum wages apply if higher
