Located in beautiful Newburyport, Massachusetts, Boston Conveyor and Automation (BCA) has assembled a highly experienced team focused on automation in the food manufacturing, life sciences, and general manufacturing industries. Due to rapid growth, BCA is seeking a Sales Support Administrator.

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize our Salesforce platform, ensuring it supports our sales processes effectively. This role requires technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and an understanding of system design to enhance our sales initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Manage user accounts, roles, and profiles in Salesforce
  • Create reports and dashboards to visualize data and track performance
  • Follow up on early-stage leads and qualify them
  • Provide training and support to sales and applications teams to maximize leads and opportunities
  • Validate, track, and manage leads and opportunities through the quoting process
  • Assist in holding opportunity owners accountable to customer commitments
  • Manage applications team workflow to align with customer commitments
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Required Skills

Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, data management, and CRM principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, technical, and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience on the Salesforce platform
  • Knowledge of data integration tools and data flow
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other business systems and APIs
  • Hands-on experience with custom reports, dashboards, and report management
