Located in beautiful Newburyport Massachusetts, Boston Conveyor and Automation (BCA) has brought together a very experienced and successful team to focus on the automation process in the food manufacturing, life science and general manufacturing industries. Due to rapid growth, BCA is in need of a Sales Support Administrator.

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our SalesForce platform, ensuring that it meets the needs of our organization and enhances our sales processes. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and an understanding of system design to support our sales initiatives effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and managing user accounts, roles, and profiles
  • Creating reports and dashboards to visualize data and track performance
  • Early-stage lead follow-up and qualification
  • Providing training and support to sales and applications teams to maximize leads and opportunities
  • Validate, track and manage leads and opportunities through the quoting process
  • Assist in holding opportunity owners to customer commitment
  • Mange applications team workflow to ensure quoting process is in line with customer commitments
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality, data management, and CRM principles. Excellent communication, interpersonal, technical and organizational skills are also crucial.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience on Salesforce platform
  • Functional knowledge of data integration tools and data flow
  • Experience or knowledge integrating Salesforce with different business systems and APIs
  • Hands-on experience with custom reports, report folders, report extractions, dashboards for different user profiles based on requirements
  • Experience with standard Salesforce reporting and dashboards
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration capabilities and the ability to recommend best practices and identify areas where custom development is required
  • Coordinate with the IT team to implement various features as required by management.
  • Implement and maintain operations and management reporting on electronic signage by utilizing Microsoft PowerBI (with support of the Mpac IT team)
