Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 3 years office/clerical experience.
• 2 years customer service experience preferred.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Fast and accurate data entry.
• Willing to work nights, weekends, or early mornings as needed.
• Pre-employment screening, including background check.

Responsibilities

• Gather and prepare data and reports for management.
• Generate sales performance reports daily, weekly, monthly, or annually.
• Plan and track departmental projects.
• Assist sales staff and managers in research or issue resolution.
• Collaborate and provide analysis to the GSM.
