Job summary

Factory6 is seeking a Sales Support Admin & Account Manager Trainee to join our Lindon, Utah team. This on-site role starts with administrative support for the sales department, with a clear path to advance into an Account Manager as you learn our systems and processes.

You will handle document management, sample shipments, and maintain organized workflows while collaborating with internal teams and clients. Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, in-office.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Support & Logistics Coordination: manage daily tasks, document tracking, signature collection, and shipping client samples.
• Process Development: build and maintain trackers and spreadsheets to streamline workflows.
• Client & Internal Relations: act as a primary contact for internal teams and clients with timely follow-up.
