Job summary

TLI Home in New Jersey is seeking a motivated Sales Support to join the sales team. You will work with the sales manager to ensure quotes, proposals, and presentations are prepared accurately and efficiently.

The role involves processing orders, coordinating with Asia factories, managing inventory data, and collaborating with marketing, logistics, and finance to meet targets and deliver value to customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in Sales/ Production/ Operations.
• Textiles experience is a big plus.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Sales Manager & sales team in the preparation of quotes, sales proposals, and presentations. They might also be involved in order processing and managing sales documents.
• Process customer orders to Asia factories, manage sample requests, monitor production status from Asia and communicate to customers.
• Inventory Management: Coordinating with the logistics and inventory departments to ensure that product availability aligns with sales commitments. This includes monitoring stock levels, placing orders, and managing inventory databases.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, logistics, and finance, to ensure a cohesive approach to achieving sales targets and delivering customer value.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will work closely with the sales manager to ensure the smooth operation of the department and achieve its targets.
