Job description

TLI Home is a leading importer and wholesaler of home textiles and home décor, serving major Off-Price retailers across the U.S. for over 30 years. We design, source, and manage high-volume programs across Asia, working with long-term vendor partners in India and China.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily communication with overseas offices and vendors in Asia (India/China)
• Execute production orders including:
  • Costing and price follow-up
  • Purchase order creation and updates
  • SKU setup and order management
  • Delivery and timeline coordination
  • Review and approve PP and TOP samples
  • Coordinate packaging details and production requirements
• Work closely with Product Development and Sales to support customer programs
• Knowledge of logistics coordination and order consolidation is a plus

• 3–5 years of experience in textile or apparel production/merchandising
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills
