As Leader on Duty, you will manage daily operations, uphold brand standards, and coach staff to elevate service and results. Hourly pay ranges from $23 to $28, with bonus eligibility based on performance.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience.
• Ability to coach selling behaviors and drive sales results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills to build relationships and memorable experiences.
• Experience with retail technology, including Shopify, Endear CRM, Slack, and Google Workspace preferred.
• Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
