Job summary

Living Spaces in Glendale, AZ is seeking a Sales Specialist to execute the guest engagement model and help guests find the right products. You will assist in merchandising, complete daily task lists, and ensure inventory accuracy while delivering excellent service.

This full-time role requires weekend availability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment. You will contribute to revenue targets, participate in trainings, and support store teams to delight guests and drive KPI

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1 year of retail experience in a direct customer environment.
• Experience with high-volume customer interactions is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Execute Living Spaces Guest Engagement Model to drive guest satisfaction.
• Oversee merchandising, visual and labeling guidelines.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and complete daily task lists.
• Support weekdays, weekends and holiday hours in a fast-paced store.
• Collaborate with store leadership to achieve KPI targets.
