Job summary

The Brobston Group in Elizabeth, NJ is seeking a Sales Supervisor to support store management with daily operations, achieve sales KPIs, and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

You will coach and develop the team, maintain store standards, and lead on evenings, weekends, and holidays to ensure smooth opening and closing procedures and strong client relationships. The role requires strong product knowledge, effective communication, and a proactive approach to service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
• Leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Experience generating sales and developing client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up and time management.
• Experience with POS systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
