Job summary

Brobston Group's Jersey Shore Outlet is seeking a Sales Supervisor to drive sales, coach the team, and uphold store standards while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will lead the sales floor, deepen client relationships through product knowledge and styling, and partner with management to execute company directives.

The role requires at least 3 years in retail or sales, leadership experience, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, including Marc Jacobs

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
• Prior leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• Computer skills, including POS systems and Microsoft Office; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for the Marc Jacobs brand and product offering.
