Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead the sales floor and support store management in delivering outstanding customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will coach the team, develop client relationships, and help drive sales while ensuring store standards and operational efficiency are maintained.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in retail or related customer service.
• Experience leading sales and developing client relationships preferred.
• Strong communication and time management.

Requirements

• Computer skills, including point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
