Job summary

The Brobston Group is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead the sales floor, drive customer experiences, and coach the team in daily store operations in Rosemont, IL. You will develop client relationships, deliver styling guidance, and ensure store standards are consistently met.

The role emphasizes achieving sales goals, supervising staff, and maintaining organized sales and stock areas while following company policies. Evening/weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in retail, sales, or a related customer service role.
• Prior leadership experience preferred.
• Experience generating sales and building client relationships.
• Strong communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
• POS and Microsoft Office skills; flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
