- Handle escalated client issues and service recovery, looping in the Store Manager for complex situations.
Operations, Stock & Visual Standards
- Assist with order coordination, gift wrapping, and client follow up (phone/email), and ensure the team completes these tasks to standard.
- Oversee receiving, organizing, and replenishing stock, owning inventory accuracy for assigned shifts and reporting discrepancies to management.
- Maintain and enforce an immaculate sales floor and fitting rooms, upholding TES visual and brand standards.
Compliance & Availability
- Uphold and enforce security, cash control, and operational procedures across the team, escalating issues to the Store Manager.
- Be flexible to cover shifts, including weekends, evenings, and peak season hours, and step in for absent team members as needed.

- Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and give feedback to teammates in a fast paced, client facing environment.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, comfortable with relationship based selling and client escalations.
- Proven POS and cash handling experience, including reconciliation and key holder responsibilities; reliable and detail oriented.
