Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to overall store success by ensuring sales goals are met while also achieving individual targets.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive sales by styling and wardrobing each customer based on their needs.
• Set an example for customer engagement that exceeds industry standards.
• Build client relationships and drive store sales through excitement about our brand via client outreach.
• Assist with training, coaching, developing, and motivating associates to achieve maximum sales productivity.
• Lead the store team, serve as the expert on company culture, operations, and policies & procedures.
• Manage payroll and ensure payroll goals are met within established guidelines to provide proper coverage based on business needs.
• Support and execute directives from Visual Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing, ensuring information is communicated to the team and deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Communicate with the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager regarding employee relations, day‑to‑day operations, compliance matters, and set goals for personal skill development.
• Represent the brand and ensure team members embody the brand in all interactions with customers and peers.
• Ensure Loss Prevention policies and procedures are followed; assist with financial/sales audits and inventories to protect the store from shortages.

Education / Experience

Special Physical And/or Mental Requirements

• Repetitive hand motion while operating a cash register or computer.
• Regular public interaction in an often crowded and noisy store environment.
• Standing required for the entire work shift.
• Operate office equipment (e.g., computers, phone, fax, scanner, copier).
• Work weekends and night shifts.
• Climb ladders as needed.
• Bend, lift, open, and move product up to 50 pounds as needed.
