Ideal candidates have 1+ years in retail, strong customer focus, and a team-oriented mindset to support a fast-paced environment on Melrose. Both full-time and part-time roles are available, with responsibilities spanning sales, merchandising, and customer engagement to drive brand loyalty

Our client, a contemporary fashion brand with a strong focus on denim and a cool, modern aesthetic. The brand is expanding to Los Angeles with the opening of its first West Coast retail location on Melrose!

Reports To: Store Manager / Sales Supervisor

Full-time and part-time roles, in-person & requires weekday and weekend availability

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales goals through proactive engagement with customers.
• Assist with daily tasks and projects as assigned by management, ensuring smooth store operations.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by building long-term relationships and fostering client loyalty.
• Maximize sales through a strong presence on the sales floor, actively engaging customers and promoting key products.
• Receive, process, and merchandise new shipments in a timely manner, ensuring that products are displayed to enhance customer appeal.

Qualifications:

• Open availability including evenings and weekends.
• 1+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in a similar customer-focused role.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Demonstrates a customer-first attitude with strong interpersonal skills and a positive, team-oriented approach.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks while maintaining focus on sales and service goals.
