Steve Madden is seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor in Atlanta to support store leadership, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, training, and teamwork to achieve business goals.

You will oversee daily store operations, assist with merchandising and floor moves, coordinate resources, and serve as a bridge between customers, sales staff, and management. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

The Sales Supervisor supports the management team and performs all functional tasks as assigned. The Sales Supervisor assumes leadership and managerial responsibilities when the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager are absent.
